Contractor College
ICE’s staff and board worked with the IMI staff to develop the education and certification program for the unionized mason contractor. Contractor College provides an on-going, coordinated curriculum of specialized courses to help contractors develop the skills they need to improve their business practices regardless of size, volume or the type of work they engage in.
Upon the successful completion of 60 credit hours of required coursework in Project Management, Human Resources, Business and Finance Management, Professional Practice and Technical Electives, graduates will receive the Graduate IMI Contractor College designation.
Firms within which individual Contractor College Graduate owners, officers, partners or principles constitute a simple majority may apply for the IMI Certified Contractor designation in the form of a corporate plaque to which the names of all Contractor College graduate names may be added.
